He is  the author of the metabolic cooking Cookbook, Anabolic Cooking Cookbook, a competitive bodybuilder, a professional Fitness Coach and Nutritionist.
As you may can tell, he has 3 passions in life: Bodybuilding, Nutrition, and Cooking! 3 passions that complement each other really well don’t you think?
